Our client is a world leader in the manufacture and repair of turbine components and due to it`s on-going growth in the UK market is seeking to appoint an experienced Quality Engineer. If you feel you meet the criteria below, please apply along with your CV for consideration
Your job title is Quality Engineer and you agree to carry out all duties normally covered by that title and any additional or different duties in any department, which the Company may require from time to time. Your duties include participating in the promotion and development of the Company activities
- To be able and willing to take appropriate training in order to carry out the various tasks described in this job description.
- the established procedures.
- To carry out external audits of subcontractors.
- To maintaining, administrating and updating quality procedures.
- To continuously monitor non-conformance and introduce corrective actions. To control and investigate customer returns.
- To ensure at all times that we meet defined customer approval and airworthiness regulations, and that these are actively controlled.
- To carry out induction training of new employees.
- To carry out ongoing internal training to ensure continued compliance.
- To ensure that at all times we meet the defined requirements of the accreditation authorities.
- To work in a professional manner and work to the highest standards.
- To be physically fit in order to carry out the job description duties.
- To any other duties that may be required by the Company. Ideally have Aerospace background, Quality Experience, including knowledge of FAA / EASA / CAA
