Junior Quality Engineer

Junior Quality Engineer required in Wolverhampton for a leading lamination manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Technical Manager this role will be developing quality system applications to include; Drawing Control, Measurement techniques (including CMM) and KPI report writing. You will also co-ordinate quality activities around scrap recoding and improvement.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Data, entry, scrap recording and analysis.
Coordinating organisations drawing revison control.
Supporting effective contract reveiw.
KPI report writting.
CMM prgramming and measurement, IRIS and FAIR
Improve the present production processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally our client is looking for an applicant with either a Quality or Engineering related qualification. You will have good analytical skills and should be detail-oriented with ability to deal with complex information. Experience of all or some of the following would be viewed advantageously:
Writing technical reports
Knowledge of CMM Operation/Programming
Understanding ISO 9001
AutoCAD
