Scope:                                    Lead the sales activity to achieve company strategic goals and be a member of the strategic Management team for the Business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of Sales team
• Achieve sales and margin targets
• Manage customer relations
• Manage marketing and exhibition activity
• Work in conjunction with management team to ensure business goals are met
• Work within agreed budgets
• Develop and deliver sales strategy to support growth plans
• Produce sales activity reports as required
• Part of the strategic management team for the business.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conform to company policies and procedures
• To participate in continuous improvement activities

Flexibility:

• Flexibility is Key to the success of lean organizations and in this respect you may be asked to assist in other departments should time permit. Such requests will not be deemed as unreasonable.

MEASURES:

• Order intake – Existing customers and New business
• EBITDA
• Customer profitability

Key attributes are:

• Precision Engineering and or Fabrication Background.
• Sales and New Business Development experience.
• Used to working to challenging targets.
• Estimating from precision engineering drawings.
• Driving license.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic IT skills on Excel and Outlook.
• Strong team leader
• Confident and proactive.
