Manufacturing business with an annual turnover of 1m and a growth strategy to achieve 5m in the medium term. Operating in a niche sector supplying specialist capital equipment . Their customer base includes most of the Global blue chip pharmaceutical businesses. It forms part of a larger group but has total anonymity for finance, sales and marketing, design and manufacturing.
To manage the manufacturing facility preparing for growth and the ultimate responsibility for the whole business when the present MD retires within the nest 12 months. Develop the growth strategy via the sales and marketing and product design.
Candidates should ideally be qualified engineers with a manufacturing background and the ambition to take this business forward. Exceptional career development opportunity.
