REQUIREMENTS: As the Planning Analyst you will be responsible for:
Support daily schedules/ production upon request br
Maintain and grow relationship to customer br
Build, manage and maintain good relationship with sales colleagues to pre-empt logistics and / or process issues br
Run in / out coordination br
Support with accounts queries where linked to logistics br
Support packaging issues, returnable loops and tracking br
Review and enhance existing processes in liaison with customers and plants br
Quarantine parts management and support br
Build, manage and maintain good relationship with SQW colleagues and promptly react to logistics-related quality issues, support quality audits and ensure processes are coherently followed br
Ensure timely update of relevant parts of SCC logistic report br
Represent the Planning team at all times br
Cover in colleague's absence if needed br
Assist timely and successful roll-out of GLORIA system (SAP) at RBGB with special regard to listed customer. br
DESCRIPTION: One of the Worlds number one producer of diesel fuel injection and engine management systems are now looking for a Planning Analyst to work as part of the PlanningTeam who are responsible for logistics planning (supply planning, scheules, advise on logistics routes, transport means and packaging loops) for approximately 60 OE automotive companies.
VAC REQ :The successful applicant will be educated to A Level or equivalent however a degree in a relevant discipline would be preferred. br

The Planning Analyst must have a solid understanding of logistic supply chain/basic planning methods along with a strong customer focus.br
Previous experience in a logistics or planning environment, Original Equipment (OE) and logistics customer accounts management is desirable.br
Must have German language skills and a good command of the English language, both written and verbal. Any additional languages are also desirable br
Strong IT skills possibly SAP knowledge and confident use of core MS Office applications.br
EVA knowledge is desirable. br
You must be self motivated and take a structured approach to tasks with excellent organisational skills br
Must have a clean driving licence br
