Description
Part of a major global aerospace group engineering mechanical aerospace systems, there is an interesting new opportunity for a permanent Senior Test Engineer. The role could also be called Senior Development Engineer This opportunity is in commutable range of Liverpool , Manchester, Warrington and Runcorn.
Job Requirements
The Senior Test Engineer will be involved in all aspects of a project from test planning to generating test plans to test execution and then generation of test reports.
Details
You will preferably be degree qualified in either Electrical/Software or Mechanical Engineering. You will have experience of the full product life-cycle of testing mechanical components and assemblies. Aerospace experience is ideal but is not essential. You will likely have experience in some of: hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment, electrical and electronic design, hardware/software fault finding and testing, NI equipment and LabView programming, DSP,- FPGA and circuit design. PLC programming would be a bonus as would be HALT/HASS methods and Weibull statistics/analysis.
