Project Manager - Hybrid Systems

This is an outstanding opportunity to provide services to one of the world s most iconic brands.
Williams Advanced Engineering, located at Williams F1 Headquarters in Oxfordshire, will provide Jaguar with a direct technology transfer of their engineering expertise for the new Jaguar C-X75 hybrid supercar.
They require a Project Manager to manage the design and release of hybrid components for the C-X75 Programme including:
Support component requirement definition, including capturing cascaded requirements from vehicle attribute and systems teams.
Supplier selection and management.
Project management through prototype builds to production, ensuring on time delivery according to programme milestones.
Manage quality documentations, including boundary diagram, FMEA, etc.
Support hazard analysis and functional safety analysis.
Manage packaging of components, including related EDS, cooling etc.
Report out status to project leaders.
Ensure timely communication of issues to project team.
Ensure alignment with core hybrid projects.
Leverage support from hybrid team members to support development.
Ideally degree qualified candidates will possess experience in component delivery, ideally related to Hybrid Systems components.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
A determination to succeed regardless of the roadblocks encountered during the Programme and flexibility to perform in a demanding environment.
