Our client designs, develops, manufactures, sells and supports off-highway transmissions. The purpose of this role is to manage and lead all facility supply chain activities including strategic process transformation, material requirements, inventory and planning, demand and order process management and logistics management, including inventory record accuracy, transmission despatch and management of the third party logistics provider and also ensure linkage between process planning and execution.

This position provides leadership and direction to supply chain teams responsible for the management of all facility supply functions in alignment with the Order-to-Delivery SAI and the Velocity CSF. You will ensure that the supply chain divisions manage supply chain processes aligned with the CPS Supply Chain Process Manual and ensure adherence to the CPS Supply Chain Rules.

You must have knowledge and experience of 6 Sigma, a Bachelors Degree (College or university degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering is required) or APICS CPIM or CSCP National Certification or a minimum of eight to ten years of supply chain or related experience. You must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to develop and deploy creative / original solutions to complex problems and establish and monitor policies and guidelines. You will need a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, solid product knowledge, excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Experience in inventory management and control, purchasing, parts distribution and/or supply chain / logistics is highly desired and experience in information technology, supply chain logistics, global purchasing, operations and / or quality is also desired.
