A Safety Components Catia V5 CAD Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Warwickshire.
Description
Catia v5 CAD Engineer Safety Components Group (Body Engineering) Creation of CAD geometry to progress the design in line with the programme timescales Ensure data is up to date and reflects the required levels of maturity at any given point in time Liaise with other adjacent stakeholders and functions to ensure system compatibility issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Catia v5 is a minimum requirement. Engineering knowledge of Safety Components function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements.
Skills Preferred:
Parametric design knowledge such as Associative Vehicle Architecture. Proven project time line management. Working knowledge of project delivery processes.
Details
Experience Required:
Successful history as a CAD Designer/Engineer.
Experience Preferred:
Ideally within the automotive sector or adjacent industries, e.g. rail, aerospace, defence, energy etc.
Education Required:
Ideally degree educated, in a relevant field or subject.
