They enjoy a close relationship with their customers and are continualy striving to improve quality, cost and service.
Responsiblities:
Document projects and consult with project leaders to ensure completion of activities.
Drive Six Sigma philosophies throughout the organisation
Lead project teams to achieve six sigma standards in all of our processes using Six Sigma tools.
Involvement in cross functional teams/workshops through Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and TPM projects
Facilitate Yellow Belt and Greenbelt training and keep records up to date
Mentor Yellow Belts and Greenbelts during and after training
Provide steering and facilitation to Six Sigma Council
Project review and tracking, including OpEx reporting
Participate in Guilford s World Wide Six Sigma network
