Role:  (Will consider contract also)

Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and Programmers.

Support, maintain and develop the core business systems to meet the Business' information needs.

Provide expertise in understanding the business processes, translating them into systems processes, ensuring: · the main business systems (particularly the MRP, HR systems, expenses and timesheet systems) reflect and support the business processes · programmers understand any changes required.

Identify and manage business process and technology changes that deliver value and support the business strategy, including the potential introduction of SAP Work proactively with business stakeholders to capture and analyse complex technical and business requirements. Lead and support the shaping of business requirements into process / systems solutions taking into account business, commercial and IT drivers.

Support the development of functional / technical specifications and solution design, working with IT, development and vendor teams.

Be accountable for delivery of components of programme/projects within a structured methodology.
