Following market success this leading edge engineering Company based in Basildon and Coventry is now strengthening its experienced team to continue to build on the growing success particularly with the preparation of its modular hybrid products for a number of customer applications in Europe and US through to production launch.
They are now looking for Development and Applications Engineer to support the TIGERS (Turbogenerator Integrated Gas Energy Recovery System) Product teams in the development of the company's products from Concept through Application Ready gateways to final Customer Product Program implementation.
The role also requires the support of the Mechanical, Electromagnetic and Electronic development and validation of specific products through best testing practices conducted with the highest professional standards.
Product Development, application, Testing and Validation of a specific product for many customers to Global Automotive and related standards in conjunction with the following areas of Engineering Teams, Technology partners, including licensors, Supply Chain, including suppliers and sub-contract assemblers and Sales and Finance.

Ideally degree qualified, candidates will have demonstrable experience of the support and customer application of Mechanical, Electromagnetic and/or Electronic products.
Candidates will have previous experience developing plans in support of customer and/or internal development objectives and have ensured that key deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
