Project Engineer
Based Leeds but working on a national basis
Pay Rate will increase over life of contract
One of the worlds largest utilities, focused on delivering energy safely, reliably and efficiently. Currently looking to recruit a project engineer to be based out of Leeds office to safely deliver a portfolio of tranmission projects throughout the UK.
You will need to have prior experience of managing a portfolio of electricity transmission projects including budget management. You will need to have strong knowledge of HV transmission systems and have a strong understand of SHESQ issues.
The role covers all aspects of project management including:
Design
Quality
Finance
Programme Management
Safety
Coordination
Risk Management
Commissioning
The role is for a 12 month contract initially paying 26p.h. on a limited company basis, but the pay rate will increase in line with recognised industry accreditation. The role offers an excellent chance for progression and candidates will be put through the relevant training courses to progress throughout the life of the contract.
