Quality and Systems Manager
Shrewsbury/Wolverhampton/Telford

We require a Quality and Systems Manager to meet our customer requirements. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in the management of qualitysystems and standards across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to effectively plan and manage processes and initiatives across all manufacturing divisions within the Group.
We require an individual who will be responsible as the lead manager for all internal and external integrated audits and maintain and improve QS9001, ISO14001 frameworks as set out in the Company's Integrated Policy Manual.
The role also includes the responsibility for the management, training and development of a team of Systems Co-ordinators and support personnel based on various geographical sites.
Work in partnership with the Health and Safety Department on the integration of all systems documentation.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
Previous experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment including steel and paint processes.
Qualified auditor for the standards 9001,14001.
Qualified within the IRCA.
Qualified within the IQA.
