Manage a team of over 500 people supplying components and assemblies into most of the automotive OEM"s across Europe. Processes include chemical cleaning, pressings and plastic injection moulding.Candidates will have automotive experience and have a track record of implementing and managing change. Idealy with a degree and excellent communication skills at all levels. Must be analytical, peruasive and ambitious.
