Climate Electrical System Engineer. Responsible for ensuring the robust delivery of the Climate Electrical System (including HVAC ECU and associated transducers, Auxiliary Heater Control Module, Heated Seat ECUs and Climate Seat ECUs) to programme timing.

Skills Required:
Ability to deliver a complex Engineering System/commodity to a set timeframe. Good communication skills. Ability to generate and understand Engineering Specifications.

Skills Preferred:
Understanding of engineering design quality toolsets/processes - FMEA, Interface Analysis, 6-Sigma. Understanding of software development processes and verification/validation methods.

Experience Required:
Previous experience of delivering complex Engineering systems to a fixed timeframe and budget.

Experience Preferred:
Knowledge of automotive HVAC systems. Experience of specifying/verifying automotive electrical commodities. Knowledge of OEM toolsets and processes - GPDS, eFDVS, AIMS, WERS Knowledge of Vehicle Multiplex systems - CAN, LIN and associated analysis tools Knowledge of ECU Diagnostics - Diagnostic protocols and DTCs.

Education Required:
Educated to a minimum of Degree level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.

Education Preferred:
Qualification in an Electrical/Electronic or Software Engineering discipline.

Additional Information:
Position is initially based at Whitley, but the department is planned to re-locate to Gaydon Q4 2012.
