Senior Programme Manager

£50k - 60k per year + Salary to £60,000+ offered for right calibre of candidates
The processes of this company are state of the art plastic blow moulding and system assembly, producing products which include fuel tanks, fuel pipes and expansion tanks. This role will suit a proven Programme Manager who can demonstrate first or second tier automotive experience and a strong technical and engineering background.
Planning, steering and controlling of a customer program development especially under consideration of quality, cost and timing. The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of Project and Programme Managers and ultimately ensuring the customer related development of the program within the budget and timesframes released.
With strong experience in programme management, you will have excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of automotive quality standards. You will have the ability to exercise budgetary control and an understanding of customer specific requirements (customer processes, timing, quality, specifications, payment, purchasing conditions). Good knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean desired and a knowledge of the German language would be useful.
