MathWorks Delivery and Simulation Engineer

Role is to manage the MathWorks engagement to the Product Development. Support the development and dissemination of MathWorks engineering methods and best practises. Support the delivery of MathWorks engineering services to the business. Define the MathWorks training support model.

Skills Required:
Able to communicate complex technical concepts. Proficient user of the MathWorks tool chain and good working knowledge of appropriate Use Cases. Proficient in managing technical projects through a project milestone plan.

Skills Preferred:
Microsoft Project/Excel - Planning and project management. Ability to lead a matrixed expert technical team to resolve issues.

Experience Required:
Application of industry-standard system modelling toolset MATLAB/Simulink and appropriate toolboxes. Knowledge of dynamic systems behaviour, modelling and programming standards. Delivery of engineering projects using simulation preferably in automotive attribute or vehicle CAE team. Good interpersonal, presentation, project management and organisational skills are required.

Experience Preferred:
Useful knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Control System Interactions.

Education Required:
Educated to degree level, in a relevant field or subject.
