Based on a very attractive University campus, the Technical Centre was established in 2005 and now employs 250 Engineers engaged in whole vehicle development (IC and EV powered) and the manufacture of Electric Vehicles.
An opportunity for a Craftsmanship Lead Engineer reporting to the Group Chief Engineer has now arisen. Leading a team of 10, the role will have responsibility for several significant Craftsmanship projects across a range of vehicles. Candidates with a background in Craftsmanship / Perceived Quality with experience of leading teams engaged in Cubing, Dimensional Management and Benchmarking are encouraged to apply.
