Cost Accountant / Financial Controller

Successful UK business involved in the design and manufacture of specialist equipment for industrial use across the globe. There is a growth strategy in place and delivering improved turnover.
The business is profitable and has a reputation for innovation and durability.
The position forms part of the senior management team and is seen as key to implement the business strategy and to enhance performance.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of financial control, management information, financial analysis to support business decisions. As a key member of the executive team making a proactive contribution to the management of the business and its growth. Heavily involved in commercial and strategic decision making across functional boundaries shaping the future business.
Whether qualified or qualified by experience candidates will demonstrate first class financial management skills and a track record of success in a manufacturing environment, candidates must have experience of working within a manufacturing component business ideally either automotive, aerospace or general engineering. You will be ambitious and relish joining a medium size organisation with outstanding growth prospects.
