A new opportunity exists for a Mechanical Project Design Engineer.This company manufactures a range of unique products and assemblies for the defence market. This new Mechanical Project Design Engineer opportunity exist in Worcestershire. It is commutable of Malvern, Birmingham, Redditch and Telford.This role could also be called Design Engineer , Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineer. Either a Junior Graduate Engineer or a more experienced Senior Engineer is required.

You will work in a team and the role will span the full project life cycle including design, development , production and customer support. You will liaise with Design, Analysis, Materials , Trials and Production Engineering as well as the customer.
Details

The Junior Engineer will be a recent graduate in mechanical or similar engineering. The Senior Engineer will be qualified to at least an HNC in Mechanical Engineering or similar. As the Senior Engineer you will ideally have knowledge of fluid dynamics, stress, metals and polymers or weapon systems or pressure vessels.. For either level of role, due to the defence nature of the business you will be a British national.
