Succesful candidates will have a sound Aerospace engineering background with a minimum of 2 years practical experience in processing of composite materials. You will be a "hands-on" individual with practical composite processing experience, you will have a good practical knowledge of workshop tools/equipment and be able to work as an integrted team member. An appreciation of automated processes used in composite manufactuirng and aircraft assembly would also be advantageous although not essential You will possess the ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings With a proven track record of developing concept ideas through realisation, you will understand how to create a stable proces through structured experiment and analysis of input parameters against output performance measurements. You will have a disciplined and thorough appraoch to documenting your findings with strong computer skills. Sound project management skills and experience with budgetary control and experience of managing risk would be benficial.
