Our client is the market leader in high volume off-road vehicles, designing and manufacturing in the Midlands.
We are recruiting for an Industrial Engineer on a 8-month contract based in Castle Bromwich.
As Industrial Engineer, you will validate Trim and Final new model linebalance actual against standard, identify opportunities for improvement, summarise out and update all internal systems.
Skills required:
* Candidates will be proficient in Microsoft applications - word, excel and powerpoint
* Industrial Engineering background including MAC, standard time generation via synthetics and direct observation.
* Method study to drive improvement and set effective standard times and experience of assembly line balancing
* Ability to communicate effectively within a manufacturing environment and deal with demanding customers both from production and the new model programme team
Education Required:
IMS Certificate or equilvant background training
