Site Services Engineer
Gaydon, Warwickshire, England

Office Refurbishment/Fit Out Building Services Site Engineer.

Skills Required:
Management and delivery of office refurbishment/construction projects. Will be required to write Tender Specifications, select suppliers and then oversee the project through to full installation, commissioning and final acceptance.

Skills Preferred:
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is desirable.

Experience Required:
Working knowledge of buildings and services within. Previous experience of NEBOSH/IOSH, and CDM is essential.

Experience Preferred:
Good proficiency using Microsoft packages including MS Project. Experience of Building Energy Management Systems.

Education Required:
Good standard of education, preferably degree.

Additional Information:
Will be required to work at both Gaydon and Whitley.
