REQUIREMENTS: You will manage the quality management systems currently in place at the client, and maintain their ISO9001:2008 certificate status. You will deliver "Right First Time" throughout all areas of the business and ensure "On Time Delivery" throughout the business.

You will manage LRQA activities as well as root cause analysis of system and machine failures.

You will put in place corrective and preventative actions and will assist teams in identifying and then monitoring / reporting on their KPI`s.
DESCRIPTION: Operating globally this market leader in its field designs, manufactures and installs systems for weighing and packing products. Their Midlands based site offers manufacturing, sales, service and spares support to customers.
VAC REQ :Qualified in Manufacturing Systems or Industrial Engineering disciplines. Minimum associate member of the IQA, preferably progressing towards MIQA status.

You will have operated in a technical role within manufacturing industry, preferably working within a lean manufacturing environment.

You will have driven/co-ordinated quality and continuous improvement programs within a manufacturing environment with demonstrable success in implementing change.

You will have knowledge of 6 sigma and continuous improvement programs.
