Test Equipment Officer and Coordinator

£25 per hour
Our client is a leading prestige automotive manufacturer, based in Oxford and they are currently seeking to recruit at Test Equipment Officer and Coordinator on a 12 month contract basis.
Reporting to the Quality Management Leaders, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that all test equipment calibration and documentation are maintained and recorded in line with Plant processes and ensure that calibration results are consistently traceable.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
* Planning and Procurement
* Control of calibration process
* Calibration of all equipment
* Support Audits
* Support ongoing improvements to process
* Attend technical working groups
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Preferably a Time Served Engineering Apprenticeship with minimum HNC qualification in an Engineering discipline.
* Q Licence
* Q Methods in general
* Experience in test equipment
* Experience in calibration of test equipment
* Quality Management experience
* IT proficient
