Calibration Engineer - Cold Start and Idle

Skills Required:
Starting, Heat-up and Idle Calibration. Calibration of extreme Cold Start, including heater assisted. Calibration of glow plug temperature and durations. Calibration of stop-start. Calibration of soft shut off. Calibration of SCR catalyst heat-up mode. Calibration of SCR catalyst temperature hold mode. Calibration of Gas Conditioning coordinator. Calibration of Idle speed setpoint for all operating modes. Supervision of Idle Governor calibration. Interface with electrical load teams (Alternator, Urea tank, AirCon, ARC).

Experience Required:
Two years or more experience with automotive Power Train/EMS gasoline/diesel projects.

Experience Preferred:
Understanding of diesel after-treatment.

Education Required:
Ideally Degree Qualified or equivalent, in a relevant field or subject.
