Plant Quality DQR Principal Engineer

Working with a group responsible for the co-ordination of all plant functions interfacing into the Daily Quality Review (DQR) to ensure Quality, Cost and Timing targets are achieved. Key activities will include,

- Ensuring robust Quality control plans are visible and tracked.
- Representing the Quality department at DQR reviews.
- Supporting the manufacturing team with initiatives that will help deliver the scorecard metrics.
- Responsible for ensuring PCPA standards are aligned to the CAL standards.
- Represent Plant Quality buying off PCPA vehicle concerns in alignment to the grey book and standards manual.
- Manage direct reports within the DQR team.
Skills and Experience

- Experience interfacing with manufacturing, engineering, Plant Quality.
- Knowledge of Flags system, with an in depth understanding of reports.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and hourly workforce.
- Knowledge of PCPA and other audit functions.
- Experience in project management.
- Degree educated or working towards a degree. .
- Experience in AIMS process - desirable.
- Have the ability to understand engineering standards (drawings) and specification limits.
