A CNC Miller with a mechanical engineering background ideally within the motorsport/aerospace industry is required to work on a shift basis either days or nights for this leading supplier of high performance transmissions company.
You will be required to set, programme, edit, operate and run CNC Milling 3, 4 and 5 Axis Centres to produce transmission parts to the company quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Carrying out programming and editing functions to produce high quality components to drawing specification and quality.
Help establish best machining methods when required.
Aid in the design and manufacture of work holding fixtures and devices.
Undertake day to day machine maintenance.
Carry out any reasonable additional duties as requested by management.
