Our client is dedicated to the design, development and production of a range of high quality, light weight internal combustion engines for defence applications. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, successful, friendly, progressive and unique business located in an attractive village. You may also be called a Project Manager or possibly Senior Project Engineer. The role is commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry Tamwoth, Burton and Stafford.
You will programme manage the communication and engineering activity with the business"s major customer in the USA. You will have a broad role liaising internally with engineering, operations, test, development, quality, purchasing and with suppliersand inputting to quotations. MS Project is used.
You will have programme, project management or project engineering experience in a mechanical engineering field. Aerospace or automotive experience is ideal. You will peferably have experience of engines, gearboxes, turbines or similar complex mechanical products. You will be IT literate, comfortable with Excel spread sheets and be a good communicator.
