REQUIREMENTS:
With backgrounds in interior/exterior plastics and surfacing, general mechanical structures, HVAC or operator ergonomics, successful candidates will join a dynamic engineering design team at an exciting and strategically important time.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Concepts development and design studies
- Design detailing, BOM compilation and drawing release
- Prototype build support
- Ownership and delivery of projects
- Liaison with internal and external customers on project briefs and activity
- (Senior roles - Supervision of small design teams)

VAC REQ :Successful candidates will be:

- Ideally educated to Degree/HND level in mechanical engineering or have equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable design / product development experience
- A good knowledge of CAD and associated supporting software
- Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and influence change

Whilst not essential, product knowledge of construction or agricultural off road vehicles would also be desirable.
