Dynamic supplier automotive supplier employing over 600 people in the UK with a thriving manufacturing facility supplying across Europe. Processes utilise a great deal of recycled water. There is a need for an experienced Supervisor to manage the water recycling and treatment plant via a team of 20 operators and engineers.

Candidates should be proven people managers from processing background ideally with a chemistry qualification or relative experience. Good project management skills are essential to drive through capital improvements and process enhancements. Experience of working in a continuous improvement culture would be an advantage. Prospects are excellent for they right candidate.
