Validation Manager - Automotive - Kent - Perm or Contract - £Salary/Rate Neg
Degree educated Validation Manager is required to work on either a permanent or contract basis to lead a team of validation engineers on medium duty diesel fuel injection systems for this automotive company based in Kent.
The successful applicant will have responsibility of all FIE and related components to be delivered to customers.
Must be able to define the project system validation requirements for specific products, ensuring that the agreed validation plans are executed and reported in a timely manner.
The position requires a methodical individual with attributes in planning, analytical techniques, documentation and communication skills. The position will directly report to the Medium Duty System team manager.
DOE and statistical analysis knowledge.
Must be able to constructively deal with conflict situations.
Able to develop and present technical presentations to team members.
Must be able to travel to global sites and customers, when required.
