Electrical and Electronics Team Leader - leading Automotive RandD centre - to £50k + bens - Midlands

Are you an Automotive Electrical Systems specialist with the nowise to develop results driven and cost effective project teams within a world class engineering environment and looking for a role where you are an integral part of a dynamic and growing business?

Delivering innovative engineering solutions to a worldwide customer base, this engineering technologies consultancy are currently experiencing significant growth and seek a degree qualified Electrical / Electronics Engineering professional to lead a newly formed team, providing specialist engineering services to the automotive, defence, aerospace and rail sectors. You will lead the team in providing, electrical / electronic system requirement capture, system physical and functional architecture design, system integration, automotive network and bus system design (inc. CAN, LIN, TTP, Bluetooth), sizing and specifying electrical system components, cables and connectors, component design (EMC filters, battery management systems), EV and HEV electrical system design, wiring harness design, analysis and troubleshooting.

In addition to possessing an Automotive related Engineering degree you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of leading teams within an automotive electrical system design and development role, a role that will have seen you exposed to Tier 1 or OEM environments. You will enjoy building and developing strong teams deploying technical products and be able to present and influence strategic direction utilising best practice methodologies within competitive and complex electrical / electronics engineering environments.
