Our client is a major blue chip automotive supplier working on an exciting new Jaguar/Land Rover engineering programme.

They are seeking a contractor for an estimated 2 years to join the team at Gaydon and Banbury to provide support to existing engineers on the use of engineering release systems (i.e. best practice). 

You will be responsible for instigating improvements in the processes with the customer and internally.  Areas you will provide expertise in are BOM, FMEA, Specification, DVP, eFDVS, WERS, AIMS etc

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Whilst automotive or system experiencecould be an advantage, applications are considered from any industry and at any level from people who can demonstrate working to and improving business processes, timing plans etc.

At one extreme, you may be an existing PMST Leader seeking a new challenge (in which case your engineering skills will be put to good use in addition to this role), or at the other you may be working in a structured call centre or utility company providing project support activities.

It is the competencies we are seeking here rather than experience.  As such the rate on offer will depend on experience and the level of expertise you can bring to the project.
