A Departmental Forward Model Quality Coordinator is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in the West Midlands.

Departmental Forward Model Quality Coordinator
Job Requirements
Responsible for supporting Master Black Belts and Body Engineering Quality Manager in the collation and interpretation of departmental warranty data. Development of an annual master schedule for project implementation and completion to meet warranty target deliverables. Support programme Kano data worksheet development and manage delivery of action to ensure clean green gateway performance. Support development of system strategies to ensure quality is built-in and identify any system strategies that will not deliver future quality objectives to forward modal quality manager. Support LQOS 102 process. Support research project FMEA & standards development.
Skills Required:
Green Belt or Black Belt trained. Knowledge of AIMs system. Failure Mode Avoidance experience.
Skills Preferred:
AIMS, WERS, Six Sigma methodology appreciation. Microsoft literate and knowledge of West Midlands manufacturing facilities desirable.
Details
Experience Required:
Quality and warranty experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience Preferred:
Knowledge of automotive dealership practices and repair processes would be desirable. Being able to decipher dealer technician verbatim using abbreviated 'automotive speak' would be desirable.
Education Required:
Ideally degree educated.
Education Preferred:
Any quality methodology training or qualifications.
