A Programme and Project Management is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Description
Our automotive client is a market leader in luxury and high volume off-road vehicles, designing and manufacturing in the Midlands.

Job Requirements
Position Description:
Lead the management of programme health status and cross functional activities using key programme metrics. Maintain an accurate set of programme assumptions as an output of change control. Lead the management of and input to regular programme governance meetings including the Programme Steering Teams. Create and manage the issue and evaluation of product letters, collate responses and report the outcome to the programme team. Prepare papers and presentations to report programme status to senior management and lead Gateway Reviews.

•Must have good organisation and planning skills
•Must have tenacity and steadfastness to follow through and complete delivery
•Must be a motivated self starter who will go the extra mile to complete tasks on time, and use initiative to find solutions

IT Skills - competent user of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, an aptitude to learn and apply new systems and processes.

Details
Skills Preferred:
A good working knowledge of Change Control, Product Definition, and Change Management processes is desirable, and in addition, IT Skills - googlemail and OEM systems knowledge of WERS, ALERTS, AIMS, Integrator, etc. Hold a current driving license.

Experience Required:
Project delivery using a Product Development System (ideally GPDS) is preferred, however, experience of project and/ or supplier management, meeting demanding timescales, maintaining budget control and achieving cost-effective delivery is considered a minimum requirement.

Experience Preferred:
Experience of PACN/ Integrator/PDL Dots.

Education Required:
Qualified to degree level in either an Engineering discipline, or Business discipline.

Education Preferred:
Project or Programme management qualification desirable.
