Logistics Analyst

Logistics Analyst required by established Midland based Automotive Tier 1. With 30 years as market leader, looking to maintain and bolster its position with a number of key appointments. As Logistics Analyst you will work in a challenging but collaborative environment with a complex, technically innovative product for some of the largest and most successful automotive OEMs in the world.
Managing the liaison between the company and its suppliers and customers, processing and interpreting customer and supplier schedules, liaising with the Production Supervisor to ensure these customer requirements are met in full, deriving the master production schedule based on delivery requirements from customers and input this into the internal MRP system. You will also investigate any inaccuracies and make adjustments when the reason for the inaccuracy is known.
First Tier automotive experience is essential in an Assembly Plant or Manufacturing Plant and German speaking advantageous but not essential. You must also have a minimum of 1 years SAP experience in material management, production planning and sales and distribution. The company is also looking for someone who is a team player, good communicator, self motivated, focussed with attention to detail and who has drive and enthusiasm.
