The company, based in Batley, West Yorkshire employs 130 people, specializing in the design, development and assembly of vacuum pumps for the passenger car and commercial vehicle market. It also serves as an original equipment (OE) and aftermarket sales team base and a training centre for the UK aftermarket.
We are looking to recruit a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER / TRAINER to support customers technically and provide training for Field Sales personnel.
Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer`s technical issues quickly and providing support and training for Field Sales staff. You should be able to plan and deliver training courses using product literature and modern presentation methods. Therefore you will need excellent technical Commercial Vehicle knowledge, possess good presentation and communication skills and be a customer orientated people person. In addition it would be preferable for you to possess a relevant Engineering degree and hold a Class 1 Driving licence.
