Our client has been established in the UK for almost 30 years and is looking to maintain and bolster its position with a number of key appointments. Working in a challenging but collaborative environment with a complex, technically innovative product for some of the largest and most successful automotive OEMs in the world.
We are seeking to appoint a Manufacturing Engineer on either a interim contract or permanent basis in Sutton Coldfield.
As Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the factory re-layout and implementation of the new logistics concept. Obtain quotes for building refurbishment and re-layout, provide CAD drawings for various layout options.
Key Competencies of the role include:
* CAD and facilities layout expertise
* Building regulations and legislation
* Understand facilities requirements to enable quotes to be obtained
* Summarise quotes and present for approval
* Project manage contractors
