Our client designs, develops, manufactures, sells and supports off-highway transmissions.

As Supply Chain Planning Manager you will be responsible for facility performance levels to corporate targets for inventory reduction, increased inventory turns and improved order-to-delivery results and will lead facility efforts to develop and implement the plan for every part, pull material replenishment and improved throughput efficiency. You will also be involved in leading facility efforts to implement and monitor compliance for supply chain processes aligned with the CPS Supply Chain Process Manual and the CPS Supply Chain Rules.

A college or university degree related to Supply Chain is required and you must have experience with the CPS RIW and Value Stream Transformation process together with a minimum of five to eight years of progressively responsible supply chain job experience. Previous experience in Supply Chain Planning is also required and you must have experience in the development and deployment of Supply Chain processes. A background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics is highly desired.
