Product Development Engineer

Working with teams of SMEs to lead and assist in the development of the next generation of Product Creation Processes, identifying process enhancement and efficiency opportunities. Working with New Generation Project, Programme and Portfolio Systems to maintain and develop them within the business.

Skills Required:
Automotive Product Development experience. Project Management experience. Process re-engineering and Lean or 6-sigma understanding. Critical Path Network analysis. Project Management tools, e.g. MS Project or Sure Track. Good communication skills. Ability to function well as part of a team. Good attention to detail.

Experience Required:
Extensive experience in Automotive Product Development, Project Management, Critical Path Network analysis, and Project Management tools.

Education Required:
Educated to HNC/HND level, in a relevant field or discipline. Degree level in a relevant field or subject would be preferred.

Additional Information:
Travel between Gaydon and Whitley sites will be required.
