This firm is a market leader in the automotive sector and provide specialist trim solutions across the world working with major automotive clients.

Their offices cover the UK and Europe and operate on projects from prototype, test, design, manufacture and production, located in rural Oxfordshire and accessible from many different locations.

We are looking for a automotive based Quality Engineer who is conversant with working to both TS16949 and ISO14001 (environmental) standards, you'll need to have a background in FMEA, PPAP (APQP ideally), 5Y, 8D and have experience of meeting customers. Auditing skills are not a pre requisite but would be advantageous, any quality experience gained in the electronics industry would be perfect.

This is a hands o quality role with a principal focus to undertake calibration studies on measuring equipment (reactive and planned) and maintain the relevant quality documentation associated with the equipment, consulting with suppliers and customers if required. As mentioned earlier, the work is carried out to both ISO14001 and TS16949 standards so it is essential you have this experience before applying.

We are looking for a person who have either gone though university or completed a relevant apprenticeship and has become time served.
