Reputable organisation, established in the UK for almost 30 years and looking to maintain and bolster its position with a number of key appointments. This role is to be part of a fairly new team within the firm, a key role to support the maintenance division, you will be predominantly programming ABB robots for specialist automation machinery. We are looking for a person who has a very strong robotic programming background, with experience of working with PLC's also (Siemen's S7) within in automotive environment being an OEM or Tier 1. The role will incorporate the modification of robotic software (process driven) with a view to utilise production, working in tandem with the maintenance engineers on site with the possibility of mentoring junior maintenance engineers.
