CAE Analyst - Strategy and Process Planning

A CAE Analyst is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Description
This role will be responsible for helping establish and implementing cross-functional CAE strategy, and improving CAE processes, and verification methods to achieve above goals. The purpose of this role is to contribute to and deliver CAE strategy for CAE capability improvement through development of CAE process enhancement solutions. This role will be responsible for supporting specific requirements to deliver the pre-programme CAE activities.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Experienced in CAE engineering process using CAE with multiple tools. Experienced in use of CAE for engineering design solution preferably in an automotive environment. Experience of CAE process development and management of CAE process development projects in a cross functional team environment. Capability to manage CAE process project planning, progression, and task management.

Skills Preferred:
Engineering 1st degree but preferably Masters degree in appropriate engineering or technical discipline Automotive attribute CAE analysis in body, chassis, vehicle, electrical or P/T. Experience of robustness and sensitivity CAE, CAE optimisation techniques, methods, and tools Experience in developing CAE engineering methods to improve engineering capability Experienced in project planning and delivery of engineering and/or CAE projects.

Details
Experience Required:
Automotive experience. CAE analytical experience. Automotive Vehicle Programme CAE experience.

Experience Preferred:
CAE methods development experience. Experience deploying CAE into business usages. Experience of application of CAE methods in vehicle programmes (automotive/aeronautic or other applicable experience).

Education Required:
Appropriate degree level qualification or higher.

Education Preferred:
CAE based educational content.

Additional Information:
Valid Full UK Driving Licence.
