Process Development Manager

Our client is a world leading manufacturer of cabin interior products for commercial passenger aircraft and business jets, as well as, a wide range of cabin interior design, reconfiguration and certification services, including the conversion of passenger aircraft to freighter use.They are currently looking to recruit PDM(Process Development Manager) for a project role.
This role reports directly to the A350XWB Programme Director and is responsible for leading a team defining the process requirements for the A350 and defining the capabilities necessary to meet the Customer production rates.
Knowledge / Experience :
Experience in a low to medium volume manufacturing environment, proactively implementing robust process solutions
Experience of dealing with internal and external Customers
Experience of automated manufacturing systems.

Technical Skills / Competencies:
Project Management
Identification of resource requirements and training need identification
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Effective use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Creative in solutions improving business performance
Strong Team Leader
Excellent leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills.
Innovative and result-oriented.
Absolute commitment to high ethics and integrity.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Project, JDE)
