Event & Campaign Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

Our client is a leading independent provider of product engineering, research, testing information and certification to the worldwide automotive industry and is based in Warwickshire.
They have an opportunity for an Event and Campaign Co-ordinator to join their team to support Events and Marketing Campaigns.
The key functions are:
In line with the annual budget secure and book events based on their business development requirements
Ensure insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to
Coordinate with suppliers such as event organisers, stand designers, equipment hire, vehicle transporter, security personnel, as required
Liaise with creative agencies to produce sales brochures and e-mail communications to support the events
Deliver a pre-event briefing to ensure all stand personnel are fully aware of the event schedule, etiquette and business development requirements
Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot during set-up, break-down and during the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
Produce post-event evaluation reports, making recommendations and suggestions for future attendance, data capture and analysis and promotion of the organistion
Essential Qualifications:
Good GCSE / A Levels or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant marketing or event management qualification or similar
Essential Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Managing a varied workload to tight deadlines
Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of managing budgets
Experience of organising multiple events simultaneously
Preferred Experience:
Experience of organising B2B, automotive or technical events
