HR Administration Assistant - 3905

£11 - 14 per hour + Ltd Co. rate
We are recruiting for a HR Administration Assistant on a 3-month contract based in Stafford.
As HR Administration Assistant, you will will interface directly with the various customer groups, ensuring people initiatives are driven forward and implemented across the organisation. This would be an ideal development opportunity for someone looking to build upon their existing experience for future career within HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and Selection Support -
* Coordinate and support the production recruitment and selection process
* Track and report status of recruitment of salaried and management employees
* New starter process, ensuring all new starter paper work is completed and employee s data is captured in the system in time for payroll
* Co-ordinate and present the induction process
* Administration of psychometric testing in support of the recruitment process (if qualified)
Quality Assurance and documentation retention
* Sarbanes-Oxley coordinator for the HR processes
* Ensure documentation retention is in line with documentation retention strategy
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Essential:
Considerable experience of Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills computer literacy is a must
Experience of working in a role that required a strong attention to detail, prioritisation and organisation
A track record of identifying opportunities and developing solutions to make improvements
Previous HR administrative experience
Desirable:
Completion or working towards CIPD qualification would be highly advantageous
* Qualifications in SHL testing would be highly advantageous
