Reporting to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for problem solving within assembly ensuring maximum production. To develop new and more efficient processes and to become involved with lean initiatives. Candidates should have an engineering qualification and be familiar with Automotive industry standard and procedures. Must be analytical with good communication skills.
Hands on approach to problem solving and familiar with assembly processes within the automotive first tier environment. Must be analytical and an excellent communicator.
