Our client is a leading in the field of creative packaging solutions, and due to exception sales and a strong desire to build on it`s successes they are now recruiting a Mechanical Design Engineer, therefore if you feel you meet and surpass the requirements below I look forward to hearing from you: Responsible for the Design and Development of new products using innovation and problem solving skills. In addition you will also be required to create marketing presentations and 3D renderings for sales pitches to customers for their approval using 3D CAD models (Pro-E) for tooling quotations and 2D engineering drawings.
You will also be required to liaise with internal and external suppliers for tooling and part quotations, SLA production etc.
- Design and Development of new products
- 3D CAD Modelling (preferably Pro-E)
- 2D Engineering Drawings
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers for tooling/part quotations
